The NCM London is a highly versatile folding E-bike as it can be compacted without tools for even the smallest storage spaces with its folding frame, stem, pedals, and saddle: take it with you when you go on vacation; ride it to your office and park it right next to your chair; or store it at home beside the shoe rack with no inconvenience. The step-through frame makes repeated mounting and dismounting effortless when you’re shopping or running errands.   • NCM provides 1 year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
  • NCM provides 2 years warranty on the bike frame. For more warranty information visit our FAQS.
  • Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 6 months. For more information contact NCM on 0390695443.
  • Our bikes are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
