Second Battery redemption can NOT be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.
Only purchases between 21/06/2023 and 21/07/2023 qualify. Must be from Available stock – no rainchecks or backorders.
Proof of purchase must be supplied with a digital receipt or image of the printer receipt. Handwritten receipts must be accompanied by a copy of the Eftpos receipt with matching dates. (Purchase details may need Phone call verification)
Second battery redemption can only be delivered to the End User address. Authorized Resellers are not eligible to claim on behalf of 3rd party customers unless approved by LC. (Redemption may be verified with a phone call).
If for some reason the E-bike purchase is refunded or exchanged for a model not included in the promotion the Second Battery must be returned at the end users’ expense before any credit or exchange can take place.
Leon Cycle reserves the right to verify the validity of each claim. We reserve the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the claim process. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly over the Internet or telephone may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid claim.

The free Delivery for Second Battery redemption promotion is only valid within the main cities of Australia. Leon Cycle reserves the right to charge a delivery fee if the stated delivery address falls outside of these locations.
The Second Battery will be dispatched 15 days after the end of the promotion period. Delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on location.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customer’s expense.
Leon Cycle reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
